A multi-span greenhouse is an economical type of greenhouse, popular among users due to its graceful curved shape and low construction cost. The arched roof is aesthetically pleasing and offers unobstructed views. It has a reasonable structure and good insulation performance. The manufacturing cost is relatively low, making it an economical greenhouse suitable for most regions of China. In northern regions, double-layer film greenhouses are commonly used, while in southern regions, single-film greenhouses are more often chosen. It can achieve maximum light transmission in the visible range of 0.4-0.7 microns, form a thick air cushion, effectively prevent heat loss, and block cold air intrusion. Using a double-layer film can greatly improve greenhouse insulation performance and save operating costs. The top covering material is polyethylene (PO) film with lifetime anti-fog and anti-drip properties; the outer layer is UV-resistant, and the inner layer prevents condensation. The sides can be covered with polyethylene anti-fog, anti-drip PO film or polycarbonate hollow panels according to user requirements.
Greenhouse Materials:
The main structure of the greenhouse uses cold-rolled hot-dip galvanized tubing, connected with hot-dip galvanized bolts, providing good corrosion resistance.
Main Configuration:
Configured according to user requirements with internal and external shading, roof and side ventilation windows, water curtains, and fan cooling systems.
Covering Materials:
The greenhouse roof is covered with 8-15 mil PO film, with the outer layer UV-resistant and the inner layer anti-condensation, featuring lifetime anti-fog and anti-drip properties. The walls on all sides can also be adjusted according to user requirements.
