Qingzhou Changrong Greenhouse Engineering Co., Ltd. produces round-arched ground-insert greenhouses. The basic requirements are: the greenhouse width is 8 meters, length 30 meters, shoulder height 1.8 meters, and apex height 3 meters. The arch rods use φ25×2mm hot-dip galvanized pipes, with an arch rod spacing of 1.0 meter, and inserted into the ground at least 0.4 meters. Materials are selected as hot-dip galvanized steel, and three longitudinal tie rods are designed to enhance wind and compression resistance. Four longitudinal film-pressing grooves are designed (two grooves on each side). The skirt film is 40cm high, fixed at the top with a pressing groove and buried in the soil at the bottom to enhance wind resistance and sealing; the second groove is installed at 140cm above the ground, with the rolling film overlapping 30cm with the skirt film. Six vertical rods are installed at the ends; a film-pressing rope is installed between every two arch rods to increase wind resistance, and wind braces are installed at the four corners to enhance the stability of the greenhouse. Each end of the ground-insert greenhouse is equipped with one double-sided sliding door, with door specifications of 1.8×1.4m, totaling 2 doors per greenhouse.
